Shipping Policy
At this time we only ship within certain parts of Canada (sorry Nunavut, Yukon and North West Territories, we'll hopefully get to you soon!)
Some oversized products or orders shipped to remote parts of Canada may be subject to an additional shipping charge. If there is an additional charge to your order, we will notify you prior to shipping.
We do our best to ship all in-stock items within 5 business days. If we have accidentally over-sold an item, we will notify you via email of the options and substitutes available to you prior to shipping.
We ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping and Receiving Guidelines
All packages, for insurance purposes, will be shipped with a signature requirement for delivery. It is your responsibility to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery.
Before you sign for the package, please inspect it for damages and make sure you have received the correct number of packages. If there are any damages or shortages in your order, it is your responsibility to report this within 24 hours of signing for the delivery. Not reporting damage means that you are satisfied with your shipment. If there has been breakage we will do our best to facilitate the item's replacement. If there order is incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
