Return Policy

 Products must meet the following criteria in order to quality for a return:

Product must be unused, in it's original package and in pristine condition.  All original documentation, receipts, and invoices must be included.

Shoes that have "hit the pavement", look worn or creased, or appear to have been worn are not returnable.  

Only full-price items can be returned.  Any item marked, "sale" "clearance" "final-sale" or "special order" are non-returnable.

If the product is not satisfactory it is your responsibility to pay for the cost of the return as well as the cost of the replacement item.  If it is an item that we have made a mistake on (mistakenly shipped you the wrong item) we will bear the cost of the return shipping as well as the replacement shipping.
